Graham Pohl began his professional career in planning and community development in 1977. His work in architecture began in 1985. Graham is a registered architect licensed in two states.

Graham received a BA from the University of Louisville and two Masters degrees from Syracuse University - Master of Public Administration and Master of Architecture. He received the prestigious Syracuse Fellowship while in the architecture program.

Graham has been an adjunct professor teaching design at the University of Kentucky College of Architecture. He founded Pohl Rosa Pohl in 1992.

Graham is actively involved in community development and seeks to increase public understanding of architecture and design issues by authoring regular newspaper columns. Graham serves as a volunteer on various boards and committees.

Graham also enjoys drawing, painting, travel, and playing the cello. He and his wife Jane have two children, Devon and Max.
