The floor plan was reworked on each level, living space was opened up in the attic, and a new master suite and kitchen were designed to "fit" the existing house.

The addition pictured here accommodates a breakfast room on the first floor and master bath above.

The project received a Residential Rehabilitation Award from the Historic Preservation Commission of Lexington.
